I started Scrappy Butterfly Collective for the people who are building something from their own two hands: side hustlers, writers, parents, creatives, service providers, and anyone quietly wondering, “Wait… what if I’m onto something?”
My background is a little scrappy too — recruiting, marketing, operations, events, customer service, startups, HR, total rewards, coaching, and community building.
Basically, I care about people, ideas, work, and the weird little sparks that won’t leave us alone.
